Clothing Return Policy
LENA Clothing included free with purchase of the LENA System or an additional LENA Digital Language Processor:
- May be returned for exchange ONLY
- Clothing may be exchanged for up to 30 days from original purchase date of your LENA System
LENA Clothing purchased individually:
- May be returned OR exchanged for any reason for up to 30 days from original purchase date
- You will receive a full refund less a $5.00 shipping fee for all clothing returned within 30 days
- You will be charged the difference in price for any clothing exchanged for a higher priced garment
- All clothing will be shipped with a return-shipping label for customer convenience
LENA Digital Language Processor Limited Warranty
The LENA Digital Language Processor (including the battery) is warranted against manufacturer defects for one year from the original purchase date. Assuming the Digital Language Processor has been used as intended and has not been tampered with, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

- Defective Digital Language Processor must be returned for warranty to be valid
